DESCRIPTION

The grapes for the Vinya Nostra Xarel·lo grow at a height of 300m on red clay and calcareous sand on over 30 years old vines. The must is stored in steel tanks at 16 ° C, after which the young wine rests a few months before it is filtered and bottled. The wine fulfills the EU criteria for organic certification.

Tasting Notes:

The Vinya Nostra Xarel·lo 2016 has a bright yellow color with greenish tints. In the Nose dominates a fruity expression of pears, apple and pineapple. In the mouth the fruit aromas melt with floral notes, the wine is creamy full-bodied with a long Finish typical of the grape variety.
