Description

A bourbon matured single malt from Knockdhu, distilled in 1994. The whisky is bottled under the name anCnoc, to avoid confusion with whisky from the Knockando distillery.

Tasting Notes

NOSE: Lush and full of barley sugar, cereal, toffee fudge, espresso, creamy malt extract and herbal notes with a touch of something feinty.
TASTE: Buttery and rich. Notes of apple crumble and Madeira, toffee fudge, malt extract and bourbon. There are hints of honeyed cereals.
FINISH: Quite long with hints of Krupnik.
