Casablanca - Cefiro Reserva Pinot Noir | Chilean Red Wine

With its first vineyards planted in the 1980s, the Casablanca Valley, about 80 kilometers from Santiago, is a young region in the Chilean wine industry. From the following decade, it became recognized for its potential for the cultivation of strains such as Pinot Noir and Syrah. It was at this time that the Carolina Wine Brands group decided to invest there and acquired a 46-hectare property called Nimbus. Thus was born his boutique winery, Viña Casablanca. Dedicated to the production of exceptional quality labels, since 2012 it has been headed by winemaker Gonzalo Bertelsen, with experience in important markets such as France, Spain, USA, Australia and Argentina.
