Château Hyot wine comes from vines located in the Côtes de Castillon on Bordeaux’s Right Bank. Winemaker Amélie Aubert cares for them with a meticulous attention to detail, allowing them to fully express this clay-gravel terroir in the final wine, a wine that combines sophisticated structure with admirable balance and freshness.

NOSE:
Black fruit, blackberry, blackcurrant, blueberry with toasted notes.

TASTE:
Authenticity of the terroir through the tannic structure and fruitiness of the wine. The nature of the sandy-gravelly soil acts as a flavor enhancer and is found in the minerality of this wine. Long and memorable Finish.
