The pinnacle of The Dalmore's Principal Collection, the rare Dalmore 25 Year Old's extensive,intricate maturation process results in a magnificent blend that envelops the palate.
The Dalmore 25 starts its life in American white oak bourbon casks, then proceeds to Palomino Fino sherry barrels and first-fill bourbon casks, then married in bourbon barrels and finally finished in Portuguese Tawny Port pipes.

Tasting Notes:

NOSE: Exotic fruits, marzipan, vanilla pods, treacle toffee, fig cake and sweet balsamic.
TASTE: Orange peel, chocolate truffles, liquorice, sweet damsons and sherry soaked raisins
FINISH: Demerara sugar, maple syrup, bitter chocolate, and spiced gingerbread.
