Shui Jing Fang Wellbay:
China’s national drink, Baijiu (meaning ‘clear spirit’) is distilled from wheat or glutinous rice, and was first made 5,000 years ago. Baijiu can be broken down into five main flavour categories: strong, light, sauce (soy, specifically), rice and mixed.
Shui Jing Fang was China's first baijiu distillery when it was founded more than 600 years ago. Wellbay is part of the Master Collection and is classified as 'strong aroma', indicating it's concentrated and rich. This has notes of sour plums and a bitter sweetness.

Johnnie Walker Ghost & Rare Glenury Royal:
The 2019 addition to Johnnie Walker's Ghost and Rare series focusses on the spirit and character of closed distillery Glenury Royal. Combining grain whisky from Cameronbridge distillery with rare single malts from Glen Elgin, Inchgower and Glenkinchie, Ghost and Rare balances Glenury Royal's fruity, sweet notes of apple and apricot with dark fruits, bitter chocolate and nuts, as well as creamy toffee and butterscotch flavours from the grain whiskies.
