DESCRIPTION

Nice golden glints. The nose reveals first toasted aromas evolving towards vanilla hints and roasted almonds. The palate is firm, dense with a perfect maturity and a nice acidity. Serve between 12° and 15°C in a wine glass with a small opening (ie. INAO glass). Drink as a digestif at the end of a meal or in a cocktail. Perfect to pair with a cigar. This eau de vie de Vieille Prune was aged for a minimum of 12 years in a stainless steel vat.
