Fantinel - Tenuta Sant'Helena Pinot Grigio | Italian White Wine

The Collio Pinot Grigio Tenuta Sant'Helena of Fantinel was born in the vineyards of Vico, in the heart of the DOC Collio.It is produced exclusively with Pinot Grigio grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. After a short cold maceration, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Then the wine is refined for a short time in steel before being bottled.The Pinot Grigio Tenuta Sant'Helena of Fantinel presents a deep straw yellow color with coppery reflections. The nose opens with a delicate aromatic and fruity bouquet that with time gives way to pungent scents of dry hay and toasted almonds. On the palate it is structured and dry, with a slightly tannin.Perfect with hors d'oeuvres and cold cuts, it is ideal paired with soups and risottos.
