Leon Beyer - Alsace - Riesling | French White Wine

While taut citrus is at the core of this dry, zesty Riesling, it has much more going on. Notions of peppery spice play around the edges, with glimpses of red and green apple. This is juicy and moreish, pure and totally refreshing. The dry finish accentuates the citrus zest. Riesling is dry, refined and delicately fruity, with an elegant bouquet of mineral or floral notes. Acknowledged as one of the finest white varietals in the world.
RECOMMENDATION:
To drink cool (12°C = 54°F), but non frozen, with Shell-fish and other seafood.
