Starting with a nose cinnamon spice and followed by the faint floral aromas of violets and expanding into a palate profile that is dominated by ripe raspberry and strawberry wrapped in a cloak of vanilla, this is a fairly dry, full-bodied red wine that would pair equally well with a bolognese sauce or a meat lover’s pizza.
