DESCRIPTION

Enjoy this red wine, whose limestone vineyard with little fertility in which low productivity has been sought. A raisining process is carried out on the same strain. The manual harvest is delayed at least until November, its production consists of slow fermentation until it stops due to excess alcohol itself.

NOSE:
Intense, sweet, floral and with certain notes such as quince, dried figs, raisins, blueberries, very chocolatey.

TASTE:
After passing through the mouth, we find it stout, fatty, with the right point of sweetness. A wine with a good and long mid palate where we find an endless flavor of grapes and prunes.

It is good to drink it at a temperature of (12-14ºC). Due to these sweet sensations and at the same time powerful structure, it is a good complement to fatty foods in appetizers (pates, cheeses, quince and chocolates).
