The Blanc Fumé 2021 is the signature wine of the Pascal Jolivet estate located in the Loire Valley and a classic 100% Sauvignon Blanc from the Pouilly Fumé appellation. It is a "masculine" wine, fresh, chiselled, a great Pouilly Fumé with notes of citrus and apples, which surprises by its freshness.
