DESCRIPTION

This is Vignobles Bourceau's "Cuvée Distinction" red bordeaux blend wine with the Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec varietals.

Vineyard Size: 11 Hectares
Soil: Clay and Limestone
Vinification: Fermentation under controlled temperatures (8°C) in order to promote fruit extraction. Shedding performed in the midst of alcoholic fermentation.
Aging: 10 months in concrete tank, 18 months in French oak
Age of the vineyard: 43 years

A very spicy nose with a ruby color. Deep and dark, silky and very complex tannins will take you to a generous length in the mouth.
