Description
The spumante version of Fragolino Bottega is characterized by a substantial foam. The packaging is enriched by the capsule that offers a new appeal for this product, synonymous with celebration and joy.
The grapes are harvested in cases and vinified in red (must and skins are in contact). Afterwards, the wine is refermented in autoclave for about two weeks with the addition of natural aromas. The wine is then cold stabilized for a week at a temperature of -2° C and finally filtered and bottled.
