TASTING NOTES:
The 2015 Bel Echo Sauvignon preserves its chalky minerality so typical expression of our clay soil. This appealing minerality is well surrounded by juicy notes of litchi and white peach. The mouth is rich offering again this generous expression of ripe tropical and stone fruit with a hint of white chocolate which carries the palate on a long and intense finish.
