An exquisite blend of rums aged two to four years in charred oak casks, Cruzan® Aged Dark Rum delivers a smooth, medium-bodied, aromatic taste with every slow sip. Rich in color and texture, this rum offers an exceptionally clean and robust taste. Enjoy this rum on the rocks or mixed with tonic or cola for a refreshing cocktail. Try a Mango Hurricane by combining one part each Cruzan® Mango and Aged Dark Rum and orange juice with ice in a hurricane glass.

Tasting Notes:

There's not a lot of nuance on the Nose of light vanilla and lighter wood, but the heat present in some other Cruzan offerings is also diminished--a quality that carries through to the Taste where caramel sweetness and notes of toasty hazelnut prevail. The Finish is medium to long with extended vanilla, toasty caramel and woody-nutty undertones. A pleasant sipper that's good for the price.
