DESCRIPTION

Cuatro Pasos Rosado is a rosé wine produced by Martín Codax in Cacabelos, León, under the D.O. Bierzo.

Cuatro Pasos Rosado is made exclusively with the Mencía grape variety. Maceration is carried out for 18 hours with the skins, the grapes are then pressed, with fermentation carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to not lose the aromatic potential of the Mencía grape.

Pretty and powerful with nice structure and depth of fruit, a result of its long maceration. The good acidity is typical of the Mencía grape and provides a pleasing finish that is vivacious and crisp.
