DESCRIPTION

Jean Trapet founded the estate at the dawn of the end of the First World War, in 1919. And so since the last century, his wines have gradually risen among the best of the Côte de Nuits on the Grands Crus Gevrey-Chambertin, Chambertin, Chapelle-Chambertin and Latricières-Chambertin.

A pioneer, the vineyard has been cultivated biodynamically since 1995 . The gentleness and patience of Jean-Louis Trapet, now master of the estate, is passed on in the way he produces his cuvées. The 15 hectares of its vineyard are the illustrious example of the magic of the Burgundy terroirs.
