Domènech.Vidal - Masia La.Sala Blanco | Spanish White Wine

White wine made by winemaker Domenech Vidal in the Northeastern region of Spain of La Bisbal Del Penedès. The grapes were harvested from the 35-year-old vineyard at an altitude of about 300 m above sea level. Each variety is harvested at their optimum ripening time, in early September, Xarello and Chardonnay and in mid-September Macabeo. The grapes are brought to the winery, where they are picked and placed in stainless steel tanks, after a short time they are fermented at 15 – 16 degrees Celsius. After fermentation the wines are kept for another two months before when stabilized and bottled.
