DESCRIPTION

This wine is a brilliant pale gold, the colour of rye-straw with some greenish hints. Its aromas are of white flowers mixed with citrus notes (lemon, grapefruit) over a mineral bas. Fresh and vivid, a delight to fulfil any palate. All kinds of raw shellfish and generally seafood is best with Petit Chablis. Seafood pasta or salads. Creamy cheese such as Brie and camembert are perfect partners.
