NOSE:
Fresh, full of life. The nose opens with a fine layer of varnish that coats intense spices (cloves, cumin), ripe fruits (mirabelle plum, apple) and exotic fruits (pineapple). It develops aromas of germinating grains and citrus fruit (orange) before moving.

TASTE:
Clean, closed. It transcends the nose with energy and flair. The mid-palate initially appears lactic (rice pudding, coconut) before gradually becoming herbaceous and mentholated. The end of the palate accentuates the feeling of power that dominates here.

OVERALL:
Both taut and unctuous, it showcases an incredibly pure and slightly saline distillate. It returns to fresh fruits (Williams pear, plum) and white florals (lilac) with great class. The retro-nasal olfaction is characterised by wheat while the empty glass.
