Named after the "Fabbriceria," the caretakers of Verona's historic churches, this wine pays homage to a tradition rooted in the heart of Valpolicella. Made from carefully selected Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, this Amarone undergoes the meticulous appassimento process, resulting in a wine of unparalleled depth, complexity, and elegance.
