DESCRIPTION

It is said that the first trace of rum distillation dates back to 1651 on the island of Barbados. The vintage Plantation is a perfect example of rum from the island, at once voluptuous, smooth and fruity.
Distilled in 2005, this vintage is a blend of both pot still and column still distillation from the West Indies Rum Distillery. Full of personality, it is aged 11 years in Barbados and 2-3 years in France, and offers aromas of nougat, chocolate mint and candied walnut, evolving next to candied orange and vanilla with a sweet finish.

NOSE:
Aristrocratic Nose that is a vibrant tribute to exotic fruits and spices: riped banana gives way to dried pineapple, mango, cinnamon, cardamom and curry.

TASTE:
Full of personality with aromas of nougat, mint chocolate, candied walnut on the first Taste evolving to candied orange, vanilla and pastries with a sweet and biscuity Finish.
