The Wine Expert
The Bordeaux Blend (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc) reveals the proximity of Bergerac (South West of France) to the famous Bordeaux Vineyards. Developed thanks to the monasteries who established along the Dordogne river in the middle age, the wines of Bergerac were left behind for quite a long time, hidden by the renown Bordeaux, until they gained some recognition  in the 17th century as they were officially accepted at the table of the king of France.

This elegant and fruity wine shall be drunk quite young, and  will provide full satisfaction with your Barbecues parties, or just a bit chilled as an aperitif with your friends. It can also well be paired with red beef in sauce.

Serve it a bit chilled (16 Degres Celsius)
