"The Delicate Rosé" The perfect wine for afternoon summer vacation.
This rosé wine from the South Rhone Ventoux area is made of a blend of cinsault (50%), grenache (40%) and syrah (10%).
The
nose shows pretty and bright but indistinct red fruit. The wine’s
flavor immediately triggered thoughts of bubble-gum, simplistic, the
finish lingered with watermelon candy. This is a lightweight wine,
fairly soft with a touch of pleasant acid through the short finish. It
is charming and refreshing.
I prefer to drink it quite chilled (10 to 11
Degres Celcius) during the hot summer days.
