It has become the flagship of the winery, this delicate reserva is able to combine the best expression of Tempranillo with the best quality of the new oak French. Limited to 48.000 bottles.

AGING AND WINEMAKING:
18 months in new French oak barrels plus 4 months in French oak (Allier) cask of 22 HL.

Garnet red with ruby highlights.

NOSE:
Cherry, liquorice and black berries, blending well with the balsamic, toasty notes from the oak.

TASTE:
In the mouth it is fleshy and elegant, smooth and velvety with a very good acidity and structure.

Very suitable for dishes with intense flavours such as barbecued red meat and grilled lamb. Our suggestion: grilled marinated duck breast with honey.
