The vinegar facility that has been designed and set up using cutting-edge process technology to merge tradition, quality and efficiency sets a new benchmark for the whole sector. Next to the modern plant for the production of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. and seasonings is the family-run Traditional Vinegar Loft, where the precious Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.D.O. goes through a slow ageing process.
