The grapes are harvested by hand at perfect ripeness. This crémant is produced according to the méthode traditionnelle, with the fermentation in the bottle. The long aging in the bottle creates an incomparably delicate perlage and gives the Crémant a special feeling of smoothness.

To be consumed during aperitifs, cocktails, receptions and at the end of meals.
