DESCRIPTION

This fruit for this addition to the Bimbadgen Regions range comes from the Adelaide Hills. Made in the Alsace style, this Pinot Gris offers a fair whiff of canned pear, soft citrus and lychee. A flowery perfume hovers as well. An ever so slight sweetness on the palate first up but this dries out quick and the finish is dry. There's plenty of fruit here which drives the bus. Lots of citrus activity on a well weighted palate. The length was very good. Moreish.
