DESCRIPTION

To make Valduero 2 Cotas – Tierra Alta-Reserva we harvest the grapes by hand , in 14 kg boxes, as required by tradition. During 8 days of fermentation between 23ºC and 28ºC and the maceration of 10 days, every time the wine reaches the maximum fermentation temperature, we carry out the pump-over process daily.

Intense garnet color, lively and with a high layer. With aromas reminiscent of coffee, tobacco and wood. On the palate it is forceful and meaty and offers us serious and powerful tannins.
