Borsao Blanco Selección is a white wine from the Campos de Borja region produced by the Borsao winery. This wine is made using Macabeo grapes. The grapes used to make Borsao Blanco Selección are taken vineyards that are over 30 years old and lie at high altitudes. The soils have an abundance of boulders. The process of harvest is carried out in a conventional manner and after the grapes are transported to the winery as quickly as possible in order to preserve the qualities of the grape.
