DESCRIPTION

This white Mercurey is coming from 6 different plots across the village. Climate & Soil : the diversity and tipicity of each plot reflect their richness in this white Mercurey. The soil is mainly composed of clay and predominant limestone. To preserve their integrity, grapes are carefully harvested and sorted out by hand. Full clusters. Following the pneumatic press, juices stay in a vat overnight for a cool settling down and then are directly filled in barrels by gravity. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place in barrels.

With a light gold colour, a well-balanced and floral scent with white fruits aromas such as white peach. Super-elegant with ripe, cherry fruit on the nose and palate; light, elegant, silky tannins and a lovely perfumed nose.
