Château du Tertre has a long and storied history, with records dating back to the 12th century. The estate boasts vineyards planted with predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, located on well-drained gravelly soils typical of the Margaux appellation. "Les Hauts du Tertre" is created as a second wine, providing a taste of Château du Tertre's quality and style but designed for earlier enjoyment.
