DESCRIPTION

Chateau Hosanna is much better with at least 8-12 years of aging in good vintages when it is ready to be enjoyed. Young vintages can be decanted for 2-3 hours or more. This allows the wine to soften and open its perfume. Older vintages might need very little decanting, just enough to remove the sediment. Chateau Hosanna offers its best drinking and should reach peak maturity between 10-30 years of age after the vintage.

Tasting Notes:

Stunning aromas of blackberries, dark chocolate, hazelnut and black olive skin. Full- bodied, with ultra-fine tannins that feel fine silky on my palate. Long finish of coffee bean, chocolate and dark fruits.

Chateau Hosanna is best served with all types of classic meat dishes, veal, pork, beef, lamb, duck, game, roast chicken, roasted braised, and grilled dishes. Chateau Hosanna is also good with Asian dishes, hearty fish courses like tuna, mushrooms, and pasta.
