The nose is fruity, fresh and chiseled. There are notes of fleshy juicy peach, juicy green apple and small notes of lemon blossoms, peach blossoms associated with small touches of lime. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, chiseled and offers freshness, dynamism, an acidulous frame, gourmandize, precision as well as a certain generosity. Good length. Minerality and the presence of a very discreet toasted hint toasted hazelnut on the persistence.
