Bordeaux-esque notes of graphite, smoke and pepper joining the classic malbec notes of rich dark fruit on the nose. Fabulous depth and concentration, coupled with elegance and refinement on the palate, surprisingly claret-like with great balance between fruit, acidity and ripe, fine tannins. This is an excellent wine which will repay some time in the cellar.
