DESCRIPTION

Selection of vineyards cultivated in goblet and with an average age of more than 30 years. Manual, on trailers. In stainless steel tanks. After fermenting at a controlled temperature of 30 °C, it is macerated for about 10 days. 24 months in American and French oak barrels, followed by another 36 months of refinement in the bottle.
