DESCRIPTION

VINIFICATION:
Traditional vinification without sulfur added in thermo-regulated tanks and aging 40% in new barrels. Can age for: 8 to 10 years depending on the vintage.

COLOR:
A brilliant ruby color with garnet reflections.

NOSE:
Very concentrated, the notes of small red fruits dominate. Behind it develops a wide range of scents ranging from vanilla, due to new wood, fig and prune.

TASTE:
The aromatic richness of the bouquet is found on the palate. Very generous, these wines are full-bodied and well structured. The first years, the tannin’s are very present, but this firmness does not deprive the wines of a certain flexibility and a fleshy side.
