DESCRIPTION

Strong aromas of blueberries, minerals and liquorice. Fantastic dark fruity character. Full-bodied, with silky, chewy tannins and an intense finish. Lots of ripe fruit, coffee and berry character. A seriously structured red wine. More of a full throttle style. Needs another three or four years to soften. Tiny production from the Howell Mountain vineyard.

An enticing nose of fresh plum, caramel sauce and vanilla buoyant yet dense flavors of candied cherries, ground black pepper, and cinnamon, overlaid with lively tannins and a dark minerality. A joy to drink.
