DESCRIPTION

The cultivation of Rully 1er Cru Margote began in 2015. This vine, whose age varies from one area to another, already cultivated organically, is located, like all the premiers crus of the Rully appellation, at the extreme South of one of the best exposed slopes of the Appellation, in the South-East. This gives wines with a frank and fruity character, sometimes mineral but always with a fine and dense bouquet

Tasting Notes

Tasting Notes:

Vinified and matured in casks for 18 months. Our Rully 1er cru " Les Margotés" is frank and fruity, oscillating between white flowers and fine chalk notes. The pressing of the whole grapes confirms in the mouth a very beautiful purity of its juice which makes the wine elegant, racy, and a perfect balance of alcohol, fruit and acid. The aftertaste, which oscillates between a bitterness of skin and wood, remains refreshing and of a rare digestibility.
