WINEMAKING:
The area of the Aurage assembles a parcel selection high 18 months in 80% new barrels.
This beautiful property of 20 hectares in one piece on the side of Castillon is the geographic and geological from St. Emilion.
According to the principles dear to the Mitjavile lineage, he picks ultramurs grapes, extracted their material gently then student under wood at relatively high temperatures.
