Dominio de Punctum - Pablo Claro Chardonnay | Spanish White Wine

The organic wine Pablo Claro Chardonnay from the winery Dominio de Punctum is produced in Spain in the region of Castilla - La Mancha, at an altitude of almost 700 m, in the largest Spanish wine growing area.

The Dominio de Punctum winery, now in its eighth generation and run by the Fernández family, carefully presses the grapes, which are grown exclusively in its own vineyards in an ecological and biodynamic way, to produce a fresh, modern, delicately fragrant wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The result is an uncomplicated, easy to drink white wine with class and a class price.

Pablo Claro Chardonnay is made from 100% organic and biodynamic Chardonnay grapes grown in the estate's own vineyards around the Dominio de Punctum estate.

Since 2005, the vineyards have been cultivated according to organic and biodynamic principles, in a sustainable manner, taking into account the soil conditions, the climate, the natural growth and ripening process of the grape during the vegetation year.

The grapes thus obtained are free from pesticides, insecticides, synthetic fertilizers or any kind of chemical products. This care allows them to develop their varietal characteristics and produce grapes and wines of high quality.
