Dominio de Punctum - Pablo Claro Tempranillo | Spanish Red Wine

The organic wine Pablo Claro Tempranillo from the winery Dominio de Punctum is produced in the largest Spanish wine region Castilla - La Mancha, at an altitude of almost 700 m above sea level.

The Dominio de Punctum winery, now in its eighth generation and managed by the Fernández family, presses only grapes from its own vineyards, which are cultivated according to ecological and biodynamic principles. The grapes are gently pressed to produce this elegant and fruity red wine made from 100% Tempranillo grapes, a soft, varietal full-bodied red wine with a great price.

The Pablo Claro Tempranillo is made from 100% organic and biodynamic Tempranillo grapes grown in the estate's own vineyards around the Dominio de Punctum estate. In order to preserve the freshness and fruitiness of this Tempranillo wine, the grape harvest takes place at night. The maceration on the skins takes place cold before fermentation. This gives the wine its elegant fruity scents and cherry red colour.

Since 2005, the vineyards have been cultivated according to ecological and biodynamic principles, in a sustainable way, taking into account the soil, climate, natural growth and ripening of the grape during the vegetation year.

The grapes obtained in this way are free of pesticides, insecticides, synthetic fertilizers or any kind of chemicals. This care allows them to develop their varietal characteristics and produce grapes and wines of high quality.
