DESCRIPTION

Made with agave Cenizo (Durangensis) with 10 years of maturation in the mountains of Nombre de Dios, Durango, which produces that smooth and long lasting flavor. It has Agave of the best quality, which is selected one by one. The pencas are cooked underground in a pre-Hispanic oven using volcanic stone and firewood for 6 days, ground with a stone mallet, fermented in oak vats and distilled in copper and wood stills.
