Frescobaldi - Pomino Bianco | Italian White Wine

Pomino bianco has a brilliant straw yellow colour, almost crystalline, with slight reflections greenish. The nose is presented, as in its DNA, with clear hints of green apple and pear, but equally intense is the floral component, with a rich bouquet of white and yellow flowers among which we recognize linden, hawthorn, wisteria, the lily and the mimosa. The olfactory finish recalls exotic fruits such as mango flanked by notes of acacia honey. In the mouth it is straight, very fresh, slightly savory and mineral. Also in the finish its "mountainous" character is underlined by a pleasant freshness with citrus twists.
