Grande Alberone - Black Bio Organic Rosso | Italian Red Wine

Red wine made from organic grapes with an intense red color. On the nose, red berry fruity notes combine with spicy hints. On the palate it is well-developed, well-structured, velvety and elegant in its fruity notes with sweet hints of cocoa.

WINEMAKING
After the grapes have been harvested, a long maceration takes place in order to extract more color, tannins and primary aromas. Once the maceration is over, the wine is separated from the lees and completes its fermentation in steel tanks at a temperature of 22-24 °C. A part of this wine is aged in barrique, enriching the wine with toasted and spicy notes.
