DESCRIPTION

Largillier is made from pinot noir grapes grown on Kimmeridgian soils, bought from his friend Jérôme Coessens in Côtes des Bar specifically because Guillaume wanted a new challenge to make a blanc de noirs champagne from different terroir.

Tasting Notes:

Terrific offering up aromas of pear toasted nuts clear honey white flowers and dried fruits. Full-bodied ample and enveloping it's fleshy but chiseled with a concentrated core of fruit tangy acids and a long saline finish.
