DESCRIPTION

This is Vignobles Bourceau's Château la Gamaye red bordeaux blend wine with the Merlot at Malbec varietals.

Vineyard Size: 10 Hectares
Soil: Clay and Limestone
Vinification: Fermentation under controlled temperatures (8°C) in order to promote fruit extraction. Shedding performed in the midst of alcoholic fermentation.
Aging: 10 months in concrete tank, 10-12 months in French oak, depending on vintages
Age of the vineyard: 35 years

Tasting Notes:

The expressive balance of cherry, vanilla and strawberry of the bouquet continues to develop in the mouth, offering a velvety texture with silky tannins. The aftertaste will leave a delicate blend of coffee and chocolate flavors to your palate.
