L'Encantada Domaine Le Pin 2006 is a single-vintage Armagnac, meticulously crafted from Ugni Blanc grapes grown in the esteemed Domaine Le Pin vineyard. The grapes are hand-harvested at their peak ripeness and fermented using traditional methods, followed by distillation in copper pot stills. The spirit is then aged in oak barrels, allowing it to develop its complex character over time.
