DESCRIPTION

The harvest, 100% destemmed, is vinified in a small cement vat. The maceration, at high temperature, allows an extraction of the potential of the grapes, to obtain supple and silky tannins necessary for the guard in the very long term. Only free run wine is used for this plot selection.
